I said in my last post I would create a short, easy sequence for you to follow. The first in this monthly cycle focusses on the big muscle group - the shoulders and the hips. It’s designed to be simple, yet it is highly effective and often used as the warm up to many classes and on retreats. It’s only fifteen minutes long so you can fit it in anywhere in the day.
